minumlah air kembang semangkuk untuk sorethroat tu. only the first time i tried it worked. maybe it was just simple viral infection at that time.
another local remedy, air asam jawa. it did not work with me.
lots of fluid and vit C, it worked quite well but if the 'kahark' became 'cendol' like or colored, the answer will be antibiotics.

abah- thank you... sore throat got better the day after i wrote the entry, but then selesema plak attacked... then got sore throat again, finally reduced to croaking for 2 days, till yesterday. hari ni alhamdulillah dah ok balik... hehe.
mak- posing lain... actually kwn fi pun ade komen bout my 'posing'. haha. rase mcm org lain pun same je posing style dorang... hmmm. hehe.
jalilah- it's been a while! hehe... selamat hari raya to you.. ;)
jamil- thanks for the wish. my raya was great, thanks to having such great friends. but really, nothing beats raya at home..!
